Here’s The day comes for which we are so much excited from last 1 month. It was our best boss birthday
 celebration. Our Boss always try to help each and everyone. He always try to reward and surprise each
 employee. He had done a lot to us. Under his leadership, We have all succeeded more than, we could 
have ever imagined.To give him little peace of mind and happiness.Titles and awards we planned to have 
some surprise for him. But due to cameras and voice recorder in the office our plans get flop as he himself
 track each and everything whatever we planned in the meetings. Before we are planning individually for 
the celebration but when our plans get flops then we decided to have the celebration collectively. 

 

Boss Birthday celebration Planning 

1. Then, we have decided to surprise our boss with the birthday cake and balloons at midnight 12:00 AM.
2. Then, we have plan for pooja in the morning At office.
3. After then we cut the cake and Celebrate the day with joy.
4. At midnight we have booked the restaurant.
5. For midnight surprises we planned to use some props for team and also for his wife and daughter too.
6. We decided to hold that props on the stairs for the honour of sir. When he entered in the hotel he
    smiles and become very happy to see us.
7. He was looking so handsome and smart.
8. Two of our english tutors become an host of event who handles each and every activities of the event.
9. We also decided the activities for the guest who are coming at midnight.
10. There are gift and surprises for the team who won the game.
11. All Team members are so excited for the party.
12. Each one of us planned to perform something for sir either  he/she knows or does not knows how to 
    perform as it was his day and we all want to see him happy and joyful.
13. At the end, we all perform very well. ( video of performances )
14. We also planned to frame one of the best picture of sir to gift him and also honor him with the piece of momento.
15. Then, we had some snacks and drinks.
16. After Then, we danced a lot collectively and have some dinner.
17. The end of the event was with lot of happiness on the face of our sir.

At Last I will say,

Most Bosses are preachers, but you are true leader,

Most Bosses are just managers, but you are also a mentor.

Most Bosses arrogantly demands respect,

But you deserve it Because you are perfect.
